# Adjust the weekly weather display

This weather is really too busy now and the “seeing” is not adding much, it always near the middle. Suggest remove the “seeing” in the middle, just have two columns again. Then split the weather and moon the left to be side-by-side instead on top of each other, its just too hard to see what’s going on now.

The new seeing forecast is kind of dull for some locations - mine included. I need to improve that, rather than remove it!
I’ll see what I can do to improve the looks of it.

Yeah its a good idea, its just a lot of lines and indicators and feels a little overwhelming a not immediately intuitive. And the middle one for me doesn’t change much in my area (Santa Fe). We need something you can just immediately look at and get a quick impression and instead of interpreting many dials and lines. That said maybe using other shapes can help break up, like boxes half full or Circles with a % full or a cloud that’s partially full or … just some way to more immediately give you the weather than you needing to sit and interpret all the signs and signals. This is like that NOAA 7 Day weather, you just need something you can glance, at and say “this night is bad” , “ this one is very good” . Etc. Maybe even mix in more colors too, or more detailed logos etc.
For me i don’t want to analyze a matrix of 7x3 similar symbols to determine if Tuesday night is a good night or not. For me probably a just single big dot that’s Green/ Yellow/ Red would be sufficient but i know people want a little more than that.
