# Interface to itelescope

I may be experiencing cockpit error but in the past I was able to select a target and then select one of the itelescope units and see the field of view, etc but it only shows Deep Sky Chile and no particular scope. Am I doing something wrong? Keep getting a red box “Internal Error” too

I think it might be a broader issue as I have the same problem just using basic functionality. I can’t add to my observing lists either and get the same Internal Error pop-up. I’m suspecting authentication issues…

Hi guys,
It was a broader issue indeed. I’m still trying to understand what happened to prevent it from happening again, but right now I’ve been able to restart all services and everything seems to be working fine.
