Welcome to the forum! That kind of view is challenging because available targets will vary a lot depending on the time of year. This is true for any location/view, but for narrow views like yours, this is particularly true. I suggest you take a look at the following topic discussing how you can filter targets for East/West views. Basically, you need to play with your time window and sort targets by transit/rise/set time.
