# Weather not loading at Login

The weather (clouds) and moon phase hourly tracker does not load when I log in. It will load if I access Telescopius from an other emails addresses. What setting could cause this?

Update. I just determined that weather works if I access through Bing, but fails if I access through Chrome, regardless of the login address. Weird.

At the time you wrote there were connectivity issues, but everything should be working fine now. Let me know if that’s not the case.
