I’m using a Lumix micro four thirds camera which has a 2x crop factor compared to a 35mm sensor. Do I have to enter this crop factor in the camera definition, or is that already factored in with the information about the sensor size?

As you guessed, the sensor size alone is enough to simulate the right framing. The crop input is there to let you check how the image would look like if you cropped it in post processing while keeping the aspect ratio.
