When uploading an image, I receive the error message “Unknown Error” immediately after the upload.
I have tried uploading via drag & drop and via file selection on the device, both with the same message.
I have also tried different browsers (Edge and Chrome) and uploading via another device.

Hi Alexander,
There as a bug with the login status, you appeared to be logged in but in fact weren’t.
Could you please try again and let me know how it goes?

At the time you wrote there were connectivity issues, but everything should be working fine now. Let me know if that’s not the case.
