The imaging time and other filters seems to based on the entire time night (i.e., sunset to sunrise) instead of on the “from” and “to” time set in the search parms to the left. Like the object shouldn’t even show up in the list if I can image it during my from and to times. The fact that I can image it “after” my to time is irrelevant. Make sure search filter criteria uses “from” and “to” times.
Thanks for your report, this should be fixed in version 260309.1618.
Besides imaging time, you also mentioned “other filters” - which ones exactly?
If you keep getting this behavior after upgrading to version 260309.1618, please include the URL for your search so I can see exactly which filters/sorting criteria you’re using, thank you.
Thx, just a generic comment. “Any” of the filters that assume the focus is sunset to sunrise, should instead be looking at from/to search parts”, not sure if there are any. For example Magnitude should be during the search time, and not outside of that time, if that makes sense. Or, if that’s just magnitude “right now” that’s fine. Even Popularity, these items should not include object that are not visible during the search from/ to time.
You’re correct, that’s how it’s supposed to work. I believe everything’s fine now, cheers!
