That’s a good entry-level telescope but its focal length is only 650mm. You might be able to get good view of Jupiter, Saturn and the Moon, but Mars will probably be too small for this telescope to get any decent views. Just trying to set your expectations to a reasonable level for your budget, not saying this scope is bad.
One particular thing I like is that it’s small and lightweight, so if you live in a light-polluted area you can take it with you to darker skies quite easily, where you should be able to see a few big globular clusters and some nebulae and galaxies. Most small and faint stuff will be out of reach for this little one though.
That’s for you to decide. Personally, I’d wait a bit longer until I could afford a 6" dobsonian because you’d get better views of the planets and the Moon and slightly better views of big deep sky objects, but it will be definitely less transportable.
