I have no images appearing in telescope simulation, on my desktop, phone or two tablets. any ideas please. thanks
Hi, sorry about that! The default survey for the Telescope Simulator is currently not loading due to download mirror issues out of Telescopius reach.
Until this is fixed, you can temporarily use different surveys for framing purposes - for example, use “DSS Blue” or “DSS Red”. These are monochromatic surveys but will do the trick to help you get the framing done.
I’ll update the changelog entry on the website once everything is back to normal.
