Is there a way to sort objects transiting in a certain time frame? Possibly between astronomical dark and 1am, for instance.
Maybe that already exists, but I didn’t figure out how to do it.

First of all, sorry for the late reply!
When you sort objects by transit time in the Targets > Deep Sky section, they are sorted starting at the initial time you set in the Search Parameters. As you can see in the following screenshot, the first result transits right after 9pm, since that’s what I set in the Search Parameters:
In your Observing Lists, however, there is no time window selector so the sorting algorithm just takes your sunset as starting point.
I’ll probably add a feature to let you narrow your time window site-wide and not only in the search
