In the Telescope Simulator/Camera Settings, what position angle should I set when my Seestar S50 is mounted in Equatorial Mode. I’m wanting to do mosaic planning and I want telescope simulator to match my field of view.
The only important angle is the latitude at your viewing location.
I’ve never used any smart telescope, but if you plan to do mosaics most likely you’ll benefit from polar aligning your telescope. And in that case I believe the position angle should be 0. Maybe other users with the same scope could confirm this?
