Telescope Simulator not working

I’m using version 260324.1907 (latest). The telescope simulator is not displaying images. This is true of the web version and MacOS version.

But the gallery works. I can scroll through images portrayed as from my equipment.

Hi Pat,

This is usually a temporary issue in the underlying image engine (AladinLite). Can you please check again now? If it’s still not working, could you please try on an incognito/private window to see if it’s a local cache issue?

Working today. Must have been a glitch

I tried the private window, same thing, then I turned of my VPN, it works!

VPN caused similar woes for me too…..
