Hi, I’ve been using Telescopius for over two years now and I love it. I plan all of my imaging with Telescopius. Just recently, maybe over the last week or so, telescopius.com stopped working on both of my windows pc’s. I’ve tried 3 different browsers with no success. With Chrome and Brave, the site never loads. I’m sending this message from Microsoft Edge browser, which loads the site, but serves zero targets in any category. I’m wondering if you’re aware of this and any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Just wanted to note that it’s working fine for me on 2 different Windows 11 machines, each on completely different networks (work and home). Tried in both Chrome and Edge.
Are all the machines tried on the same network? If so, perhaps something is getting blocked between the PC and the server?
@Andy beat me to it. If multiple devices and browsers have the same issue, I smell a problem with the network.
Can you try a different network? If you don’t have access to one, maybe just enable wifi hotspot on your phone and connect to that wifi to try?
Thanks for the info. Telescopius works fine on my android phone and tablet connected to the same home network as the windows pc’s. I’m going to try a Windows laptop on a different network Wednesday night. I’ll post if that works or not.
OK, early reply. Good news. I went on PC settings\network&internet\advanced network settings\network reset . I selected network reset and then rebooted the PC. I went to telescopius.com on BRAVE browser and now the site works as it should! Only downside is Telescopius in Edge browser still loads but does not display and target data in any category. Basically, I have a work around now. One windows11 browser works and Telescopius has always and does work on both my andriod phone and Lenovo tablet. Happy ending.
