For some reason, Under Weather Hourly Forecast there is a Gear Spinning but now weather information shows up. Any Idea on how to fix? Also under Observatory Settings It shows my town Location.

Maybe the service was unavailable at the moment. Have you tried again after a few minutes? Did you refresh the page? Have you tried switching your location? Other browsers? Any extra information would be helpful.
